The design of 207 Ouest began with the existing architecture: a basement lined with raw stone walls. The goal was to work with the space, not against it, using minimal but deliberate gestures to shape a calm, layered environment. Custom steel tables were designed to follow the contours of the room, paired with green carpet to add softness and contrast. Fabric wall lights, inspired by the surrounding textures, diffuse a gentle glow that reinforces the quiet atmosphere of the store.
